The Priorities of Education

Knowledge of the book (revelation from God) and wisdom was always of prime importance. “Since We have sent you a messenger from among yourselves—reciting to you Our revelations, purifying you, teaching you the Book and wisdom, and teaching you what you never knew—” [Qur’an: Al-Baqarah (2):151]
The Purpose and Objective of Education

This series aims to guide parents and young children in understanding the authentic Islamic narrative, grounded in logic and reasoning. Comprising eight distinct topics, the series is designed to raise awareness within the community and equip members with counterarguments from an Islamic perspective to address harmful modern ideas. The Social Awareness Series is age-appropriate, divided into two flexible courses for different age groups, which can be integrated into existing programs in educational institutes and Madrasas: Senior Group (8 years to 12 years)

The result is that the high school has been closed and the elementary school (KG to 8) is struggling to exist. The Islamic Institute of Toronto Academy, Islamic Elementary School, was unionized last year. Now they are now barely making it.
