Syed Jawed Anwar Islamic Foundation School, Nugget, Scarborough, was unionized last year. The result is that the high school has been closed and the elementary school (KG to 8) is struggling to exist. The Islamic Institute of Toronto Academy, Islamic Elementary School, was unionized last year. Now they are now barely making it.
