On June 26, 2015, Friday, in the month of Ramadan, US Supreme Court in a 5-4 majority (satanic) ruling announced that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry.  By stretching out U.S. constitution’s fourteenth amendment, the five judges include one conservative (with four liberals) made it the issue of “liberty” and “equal rights.” Their decision declares that “The Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection clause prohibits states from denying marriage licenses to those citizens.” The ruling also requires states to recognize the same-sex marriages of other states.

"The marriage laws enforced by the respondents are in essence unequal," Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the majority. "Same-sex couples are denied all the benefits afforded to opposite-sex couples and are barred from exercising a “fundamental right”. Especially against a long history of disapproval of their relationships, this denial to same-sex couples of the right to marry works a grave and continuing harm. The imposition of this disability on gays and lesbians serves to disrespect and subordinate them."

He further writes,“No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were. As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death. It would misunderstand these men and women to say they disrespect the idea of marriage. Their plea is that they do respect it, respect it so deeply that they seek to find its fulfillment for themselves. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of “civilization’s oldest institutions.” They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right.”

In the oldest “democracy” of the world, these “five U.S. lawyers” ordered every state to change the definition of marriage. Their “rulings” apply to 320 million Americans.

Canada had already legalized same sex marriages on July 2005 with the enactment of the Civil Marriage Act which provided a gender-neutral marriage definition.

It is the devil’s dance of same-sex marriage celebrations have occurred all over North America. However, Chief Justice Jon Roberts Jr. and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito each wrote their own (however meager) dissents.

Chief Justice Jon Roberts Jr. announced: “Stealing this issue from the people will for many cast a cloud over same-sex marriage, making a dramatic social change that much more difficult to accept.”

Justice Antonin Scalia voiced: “Today’s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme Court. The opinion in these cases is the furthest extension in fact— and the furthest extension one can even imagine—of the Court’s claimed power to create “liberties” that the Constitution and its Amendments neglect to mention.This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves. The stuff contained in today’s opinion has to diminish this Court’s reputation for clear thinking and sober analysis.”

Justice Clarence Thomas said:“Our Constitution—like the Declaration of Independence before it—was predicated on a simple truth: One’s liberty, not to mention one’s dignity, was something to be shielded from—not provided by—the State. Today’s decision casts that truth aside. In its haste to reach a desired result, the majority misapplies a clause focused on “due process” to afford substantive rights, disregards the most plausible understanding of the “liberty” protected by that clause, and distorts the principles on which this Nation was founded. Its decision will have inestimable consequences for our Constitution and our society. I respectfully dissent.”

Justice Samuel Alito Jr. wrote: “The decision shows that decades of attempts to restrain this Court’s abuse of its authority have failed. The Constitution says nothing about a right to same-sex marriage, but the Court holds that the term “liberty” in the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment encompasses this right.”

Shaitan (Satan) has fulfilled his pledge, which he had made out of jealousy for North America the first day when Adam (as), the first person had been created by Allah (swt)

Shaitan said:

“And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss.” (Quran 4:119 part)

Gay life style/homosexuality/sodomy is a crime against nature. All the religious faith and books are united against this practice. The crime of the person who commits sodomy and adopts gay life style is in blatant opposition to the scheme of the nature;

Firstly, he wages war against his own nature, alongside his inherent psychological predilection. This causes a major disorder which leads to having highly negative effects on the lives of both the parties involved in that unnatural relationship that have an effect on physical, psychological as well as moral life of the person.

Secondly, he acts dishonestly with nature since he derives sexual pleasure he fails to fulfill the social obligation of which this pleasure will recompense.

Thirdly, apart from neglecting the obligations he owes to society, he renders himself incapable of serving the human race and his own family.

Fourthly, such a person also acts dishonestly with society at large. Although, he avails himself of the advantages offered by various social institutions, when he has an opportunity to act, he uses his abilities in a manner which not only fails to serve that society but in turn harms it.

Fifthly, their growth in numbers means the reduction of numbers of human beings. They are putting in danger the very existence of the most precious species of this world - the human race.
